No tv keyboard

Hello!

I got the problem since yesterday. At sometime last night my onscreen keyboard doesn't show up anymore.

It worked well the whole time but suddenly it dissapeared and i can't bring it back.

Someone have an idea what could it be?

I bought today a mouse for the tv but this is not the problem, the problem apeared already yesterday.

i solved the problem. It was anyway the mouse with the usb connection which caused the problem. I don't know why. Now i have again my keyboard but it's hard to type with the ordinary remote control 😞

Hi, I have a problem with my TV keyboard when trying to setup a new WI-FI password. It just won’t show so at the moment TV not connected to the internet. Thinking of connecting a keyboard to see if that will work. Will this approach work. Cheers Steve

I have had this issue before with my XE9005. To resolve it I did a hard reboot.

Try switching off the power at the socket and then switch back on and reboot the TV. Does that work?
