2016 KD49XD Bluetooth

My TV Bluetooth won't pick up any bluetooth device. I recently purchased a set of wireless headphones (Sony WH-CH700N) which paired to my phone in seconds, but I have spent days try to pair to the TV. Is the TV Bluetooth faulty?

Hi @AJM19B

Sorry, if you have a look at the specifications of your TV you will see that the A2DP Bluetooth profile required for connecting Bluetooth headphones or speakers is missing. This means your TV does not support Bluetooth headphones. There are a few ways to work-a-round this if you search the community.
