My KDL-55W805C won't turn on.

Hi - newbie to the forum but have searched the intranet without success and landing here. The white light turns on briefly and sometimes even a brief glimpse of the android dots before shutting off. I've tried the basics referenced on the web including unplugging for 30 minutes and removing the batteries from the remote and holding power button down for 15sec. The TV is definitely not overused and only purchased in late 2016. Look forward to suggestions and fixes...thank you..!

Thanks, I got pretty excited when the green light came on but alas....off it went again just as quickly.....what next....??

Oh..and now also unplugged the unit for 30 minutes,,,,tried to turn on again and same white light for ~2seconds...back to square 1..!

I would contact sony support.

Sounds like its faulty.
