topic bluetooth in Android TV

Brand new KD 55xg85 , tried to turn on bluetooth then add device. Bar went blue but after pressing add device a grey bubble says 'available when bluetooth on' So I try to connect to bluetooth in settings with remote. 'Turning bluetooth on' turns into 'unable to turn bluetooth on due to error'

Any thoughts?
