    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes full factory reset sorted it, it’s a pain having to reset everything and log back into all the streaming channels etc but all good now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greatly appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone got issues with Youview catch-up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;none of the catch up channels are working from the guide and all previous days just state ‘Information not available’ on every channel&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;not sure, yet in most cases the TV either needs a factory reset or the latest firmware update to resolve the issue it is having.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.sony.ee/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/823552"&gt;@Jasonsonytv&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.sony.ee/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/459901"&gt;@IamNic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a bug in the Sony side of the software, though it shows up in the YouView Guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven’t heard of Sony releasing a fix for this yet; do you think they have done,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.sony.ee/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/459901"&gt;@IamNic&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if not, you can make the problem go away with a Factory Reset; though until the root cause is fixed, there is always a possibility that the problem will return in time, and you will need to do another Factory Reset to clear it again. And so on....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
