On demand not working -BBC iPlayer is

I don’t know what’s going on, but ITV Hub, All 4 & 5 On Demand aren’t playing the programmes. You can open the app, choose the programme and load it. They will

play the adverts but then won’t play the programme. This is happening on all 3 of the commercial players, but BBC iPlayer is working fine!?!

Software is up to date. Any ideas??

Factory Reset it, and when configuring it again, be sure to accept all the T&C questions that Sony ask, and be sure to tune in all the channels whose Players are affected.

It is known that this problem will occur unless both these things are done.
