hi i've just recently purchased a sony kd49xg8396 tv on the remote it has a netflix app button which works ok but when we want exit the netflix app it just doesn't work the same we have to go through the settings is there a simplier way of getting it back to the tv ? we had an lg smart tv before on the remote it had the netflix app and an exit just below just press exit and went back to the tv , so can any gve me easier way to exit netflix

Hi @sullie12

What happens when you press the TV button? If it doesn’t go back to TV you can change its function in the settings.
