Has any one had trouble installing the kodi app on the bravia

I get to the action to install it then all I get is the blue spining circle in the middle of the screen

Hi @Johnnty, welcome to the community.

You don't mention the TV model here, but it has been reported he previously that some versions of the Android OS have a problem with the Kodi package as a Kernel Object (.ko) due to its ID "org.xbmc.kodi", which can prevent its installation.

I'm not sure of the workaround for that, but it could be a starting point for you.
