Google Play Store - not compatible message

Hi all - help needed!

Suddenly my Google Play Store App is giving me an error message saying "this version of the app isn't compatible with your device. To fix this problem, go to Settings and uninstall updates for the Google Play Store app"

HELP!!!

Hi there

Try going to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store (its under System app) and then clear data and cache.

Then test.

If that fails, try going to Help > App updates and see if there are any available.
