    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had an issue out of the blue where my youview guide on my Sony android tv &amp;nbsp;is not displaying the channel logos and some channels will not load the information.. I’ve turned off the guide and used the standard Sony guide for a while but you can’t access itv hub without using youview.. very annoying.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been having this problem since paying £1000 for the TV 18 months ago. Several calls to sony and cache empty 10 times. Works for a couple of days then stops. This latest time it has been working for 2 weeks. Not sure if I am using it right but catchup other than BBC is very limited. Like you if it stops again I will use Freeview. Afraid the whole goofle is very limited.&amp;nbsp; Google Pics??? BBC Sounds??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It appears that the S/W for Youview has not been updated for a while on the Sony TVs. You can try a factory reset as recommended in the post on the Youview community as that may fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not you can work around the issue by reverting to Freeview on the TV and installing the catch up players separately which is currently what I do on my XG9005 and XE9005.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Hopefully some of this will be of use. Its a case of disabling Youview on the TV and installing the players separately from a USB stick.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
