KD65X9305C Touchpad remote not connecting

Hello guys

I have this TV and after 2 months ive decided to reset the factory settings as i thought i messed up the input settings and the TV was also acting up a little bit by being a bit slow to respond.

Once the reset was complete the first screen that came up was to set up the touchpad remote but all of a sudden it wouldnt pick it up at all, the remote was perfectly fine before the reset.

I have done all the updates and the verion is 5.0.2- ive done an internal and external cycle, ive even changed batteries just in case but it still wouldnt connect to the remote.

Any ideas for further troubleshooting?

thanks you guys i actully i try secound option and it works is hard to get red light to blink twice but after 10 times i finlly done it good luck
