Is this normal ? I’m so afraid that it’s defective or something wrong with it : note my screen support 4K and Triluminos technology , also this light goes in some video games and other but even in the tv home it’s there

Hi RANGER-TX,

Welcome to the community.

This sounds frustrating - I'll try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.

Thanks,

Hi RANGER-TX,

I believe this is a natural phenomenon. I found a link on the Sony website explaining the phenomenon and suggesting ways to resolve it. I'd recommend having a look here: https://bit.ly/2pmpZoS .

Cheers,

The_Black_Rose
