topic Restricted profile in Android TV

Restricted profile

I went into restricted profile on my Sony Bravia KD65XF75,it's asking for a pin.

I never set a pin and can't find one,tried all the normal pins like 1111,1234,9999,0000.

Can any one please help me.😭

I forget my passwords all the time too, so I can totally relate. I found this article on the Sony website to advise how to cancel the Pin number: http://bit.ly/2Vwjj5K. Could you try this and let me know how it goes?

Hi how did you solve the pin issue in the restricted profile?

I never defined my own pin and can’t now get out from the restricted profile

Hi, try 9999, if not you might need to reset the TV to factory settings. What model do you have?
