Can't pay for apps

I have KD-55A1 tv and I am unable to purchase apps or games. When I go to purchase through my Google account the payment card options are greyed out. I don't have any problem using these payment options on any other device. I tried adding another card but that is then also greyed out.

Please help, I'm pulling my hair out!

I don't have any problem using these payment options on any other device.

Purchase apps and games on other android device with same google account, and then install them on your TV from the Play Store.

Thanks for this suggestion. I tried this and wasn't able to purchase the app. Turns out the problem was Google wanting me to update address information. I deleted my payment method and added another, sorted.
