    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.. wonder if anyone can help.. I have a Sony bravia old 43w805c.. we recently moved into a new property and our TV hasnt been used in 5 months.. everything was ok, however today we were asked to perform a software update..for the past 3 hours we have has the spinning circle!! Any advice.. very frustrating as no use of TV&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;Someone will hopefully reply to your problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="gmail_default"&gt;Meanwhile may I suggest in future disable Auto Update and manually download any OS updates direct from SONY and save to a USB stick. This is the way I do updates and Iv'e never had your problem.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello SonyB1981,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how long exactly the update should take to be complete, but I'd suggest to give it more time and see how it goes. Maybe it needs a faster internet connection. Let us know if you still have the same screen by the end of the day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vanilla_&lt;/P&gt;</description>
