      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Recent OS Update v6.5830 problems on 43XE8005.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ATTACHMENT Photo shows green lines across screen. Switching to alternate channel returns screen to normal but the green lines appear again intermittently. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have emailed Sony Support with Photo of screen and asking for previous OS download to install OS whilst they &lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="43XE8005 Screen.jpg" style="width: 1023px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.sony.ee/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/418399i23D90D22BBBB709A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="43XE8005 Screen.jpg" alt="43XE8005 Screen.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;look into a BUG-FIX.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Manolo .Thank you, your reply does make sense. I did not do factory reset&lt;BR /&gt;because it would delete 3 Android APK's I use daily but I can install them&lt;BR /&gt;again..&lt;BR /&gt;I will do that but will let Sony Support to reply first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;grahamwcrosby@gmail.com</description>
