Hi Billy,

You can register a new product via the My Sony page via the website here.

I've checked on the website and under Product Details, if you enter your model no under 'Find by model name' you should be able to register your TV.

I'm trying to register my Playstation pro ,I get the green tick when I enter the model name but I can't progress any further,I can't enter my purchase details at all.
