XBR65X900F TV and LG SJ5Y Soundbar - High Pitched Noise

Hello,

I just purchased the XBR65X900F TV and am connecting it to my LG SJ5Y soundbar. Only on the cable input and only during certain commercials, I get a very steady high-pitched noise from the soundbar. This doesn't happen if I make the audio come from the TV. I have changed my cable settings to only output Dolby D 5.1 (instead of Dolby D +) and changed the input-specific settings to Dolby D instead of Dolby D+ (LG SJ5Y doesn't support Dolby D+). I have also tried using both optical and HDMI ARC, but get the same issue. This doesn't happen on the PS4 or Roku inputs. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
