On my KD-55a1 there is no control app on the home screen for Alexa. I read on Sonys homepage that the TV was able to be controlled by Alexa but how?

NOTE: Alexa Skills for Sony Android TV control are only supported in the UK.

On my KD-55XE9305 there is an App on the Home screen “TV Control Setup with Amazon Alexa”.

If it doesn’t exist on yours you should contact Sony Support https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/Contact/Email

Thank you. I am a user from Denmark so that explains why the Alexa app is not present on my home-screen. Amazon are not dooing buisness in Denmark.

Hi @raekkermoelle. I don’t use the Sony Alexa skill but use a Harmony Hub with Alexa to control my entire entertainment system.
