Reboot issues

Looking for some help with my Sony Bravia KD-43XE8396 Android TV.

Keeps rebooting and always getting a pop up on the bottom of my tv screen "Database already updated"

Anyone else having a problem or know how to fix this issue.

I am now having the same issue after 12months ownership..when i start my tv everymorning. I have to either power the tv down or the android logo has to come up before i get a picture. Happening more frequently

Yes mine is getting worse, had mine about 2yrs.

Pity some of the Sony experts couldn’t give us a fix.

This is my first post, do Sony ever look at these posts and comment on them ?
