Small left offset appears when playing an app streaming video (like Netflix or Amazon Prime)

I have noticed, not always, when I play a video streaming (in Netflix or Prime, or HDMI source...), sometimes it appears a little left offset (always in the left) 2cm aprox, and the right offset is OK, and I don't know is an auto-resizing image or another cause (video resolution adjust, ...), because as I said, it does not always happen. Is it same for everyone?

I'd recommend turning off the info banner function by following these steps:

1- Press on the Home Button on the remote control.

2- Go to Settings.

3- Go to Channel Set up.

4- Turn info banner off.

Let us know if this has resolved the issue.
