KDL42W653A apps issue

I know this is an old problem (for me and on here!) but I have tried every solution posted here and elsewhere to try to access the apps through this TV. Nothing works!

Is there a possible hardware problem?

Other Samusung TVs connected perfectly via wifi!

Any advice different to all the other posts on here!

Hi @msansom123. You may be better off asking your question in the https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/other-tvs/bd-p/tv_en_1 forum. As far as I can see the KDL-42W653A is not an Android TV.
