Hi All,

Purchased a 49XE8396 last September and up until the last month or so, its been really good!

Issue im having at present is that ocassionally and not all the time when playing any of our consoles(ps4 or ps4 pro)

The screen will either flicker,flicker and show the resolutiom and input or flick and stay on a black screen and not return to the game screen.

Its becoming quite a nussaince and but isnt something i have seen anyone report?

If anyone is able to help or suggest anything that would be great.

Screen also has a singular white pixel now aswell but not sure if there is anything that can be done with that either?

which type and length of HDMI cable are you using?

Has it been like this since you bought the TV?

Hi nic,

hdmi cable is 2metres but also notice this with a shorter one aswell.Hasnt been like this since I’ve owned it no.
