When we watch the sport program, especially football (when the scenes change, the camera goes further, closer) the picture is coming to an end, with a new update the condition has slightly improved, but still visible, less noticeable but more frequent. When will it be a new update and will it be repaired?

Hi there,

I would recommend that you have turned on the Automatic software download on your TV and as soon as an update is available for your device, it will start downloading automatically. If you turned this setting OFF, you will have to manually check if updates are available for your TV.
