Can anyone tell me why android on Sony TV is so laggish, slow and crashing all time !??

Always when I push Home button or Action Menu it took few (sometimes 3-7 sek.) seconds to see any reaction. My 10 years old phone is faster than this TV. What a shame sony !!!

Welcome to the community

I have a 49X8005c since Android TV 5.0, and believe me at that time it was laggy, buggy and crashing all the time..

Now with Android TV 7.0 I have problems, sometime a hiccup but noting serious...

The thing that I will recommend it to disable some apps You probably don't use, like Google movies, music, games... And I know that in the UK you guys have samba and I know that it gives it some troubles, here I leave a link for you tot see how it's done.

I kill most of app especially Samba TV, and still this f...😁 TV is laggish and slow. It's look like he needs few minutes(20min mostly 😡) to worm up, but if you payed nilly 1k for TV this is unacceptable. I love a picture and bullit quality, but the software is rubbish!

That is strange... Your TV is Android TV 7.0?

Did you try to close the apps on background by holding the Home botton?
