TV changing source by itself

Hi all,

My Sony KD55S850C keeps changing source by itself.

Sometimes its seems like its after an update but not always.

Like today had been fine all morning but this afternoon has changed 4 times and I have to change it back to Sky!

Very frustrating!

Can anyone help?

Can you let me know what other devices you have connected to your TV and if the source changes to any one particular device?

Hi Sean

we have Sky, a DVD and amazon fire stick. We think it’s the Amazon stick that’s causing the issue?

Thanks for the information. Could you try removing the Fire TV Stick and see if the issue has been resolved?

Hi @gmurphy1967

Try disabling all Bravia sync settings on the TV, then disconnect external devices. Then unplug the TV at the mains and wait a while before pugging in again. Reconnect your peripheral devices and hopefully all will be well...
