Hi my itv player app on my Sony tv doesn’t seem to have itv On catch when I click on it it says you need to it in postcode of where you live so I do that and click ok and it goes back to where I was before. I’ve just updated my tv to see if that helps but still get he same problem. Can anybody help?

Which model is your Sony TV and has ITV catch up ever worked on it before?

You will need to clear the cache and data from one of the system apps but I can't remember which one it is mate

EDIT: Found it for you mate

Press Home on your remote
Scroll down to 'Settings'
In the TV section scroll right to 'Apps'
Go to 'System Apps'
Hold the right button and scroll to end to 'YVServiceHostAPK'
Select 'Clear Cache' and press 'OK'
Then select 'Clear Data' and press 'OK'

It worked for mine, hope it helps
