If this does not help then I would suggest a&amp;nbsp;Reset of your TV.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Alexa app on help menu</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just updated to 7.0 &amp;nbsp;nougat on my KD55X8509C &amp;nbsp;tv . I have a few problems&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 . No internet via wired ( only WiFi) &amp;nbsp;worked fine wired before update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The Alexa app not present ( 7.0 nougat shows app in help menu to connect directly to tv )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. No new PIP ( where you get overlay of secondary input)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
