Alexa app on help menu

I have just updated to 7.0 nougat on my KD55X8509C tv . I have a few problems

1 . No internet via wired ( only WiFi) worked fine wired before update

2. The Alexa app not present ( 7.0 nougat shows app in help menu to connect directly to tv )

3. No new PIP ( where you get overlay of secondary input)

Hi Mike,

I would suggest a Reboot and an update of the Firmware. You can find more details here. If this does not help then I would suggest a Reset of your TV.
