    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is my second new tv&amp;nbsp; in a matter of a month&amp;nbsp; and i have never had so many problems with a new tv&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;its now coming&amp;nbsp;up when we switch&amp;nbsp; it on&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;in the middle of the screen it says " This screen&amp;nbsp; does not support&amp;nbsp; HDCP&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;try reconnecting your HDMI cable or use a different screen "&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;what does&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;this mean????????&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i have tried to&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;email sony help but i have had no help at all&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;no replies&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; so much&amp;nbsp;for customer support&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; i am getting rather frustrated at&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;problems&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i am getting&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;and if i cant get help&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i will get in touch with trading standards&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; because&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;its not fit for purpose&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;we should not keep altering&amp;nbsp; setting and unplugging&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;things&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; its disgusting for a supposedly&amp;nbsp; top of the range tv&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A M MORRIS&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
