Does anyone know how to claim back the promotiuon that was running on the Sony TV 's 55A1?

Thank you, very helpful.

Its the Sony website that makes it so difficult to claim, it often asks you to come back later, or whoops there has been an error. I believe they try and wear you down.

Eventually I have been able to submit something to them, so hopefully it will now be processed in due course.

Sony do indeed make registering and claiming quite difficult and you need pictures of the serial number and the invoice to complete the claim after registering the TV. Go to Sony.co.uk/a1cashback and sign in using your details from registering your TV. You will find the serial number on the bottom righthand rear of the screen, best of luck
