Registering a new product

Trying to register our new TV to get the £300 cashback, the site has allowed me to register an account but won't let me register a new product...options are there but when I click or type on them...nothing happens. I have used mobile and a tablet to try...any suggestions?

Just checking a couple of things...

Was it for a 55A1 OLED TV?

Was it via this page?

I have just checked the page after that one and it lets me type a serail number /

select date of purchase etc. (Although from a desktop PC)

Thanks for the link....it does work but that's to claim cashback with you can only do 30days after purchase/registration......it won't actually allow me to register the product.
