&lt;P&gt;Our Support Team has suggested this is probably an issue with&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the cable being used. If it’s not well shielded it can cause these kind of&amp;nbsp;problems. Could you please try connecting again using&amp;nbsp;a high quality cable, and then let us know how you get on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
