Bluetooth problem

Just bought a 43XE8077 Android TV.

I tried to pair my "Groove Ultra" bluetooth headphones to TV but TV fails to pair with them. TV keeps searching for several minutes without success. Headphones are flashing blue/red in pairing mode. Headphones uses CSR 4.0 bluetooth. They also support A2DP and other protocols.

Just to test if TV aspects of bluetooth can see other devices, I switched on my small "Technica" sound bar. Again led is flashing blue/red in pairing mode. But TV cannot see this device and just keeps searching.

Both these devices work with my laptop and a tablet.

What headphones (if any) will pair with this TV?

Hi @TBill01,

Your TV isn't an A2DP-supported model I'm afraid - see the specs here.
