factory reset when screen broken

Just knocked over my tv and broke the screen.

I want to factory reset it before I dump it because it has my google account etc on it.

I cant factory reset it via the onscreen menu because where the menu pops up there is no image, left hand side is fine but right side nothing.

Is there any other way to do this,(button combo or something) or am I going to have to change all my passwords and just smash the telly to bits.

if someone could do a buuton press map i.e left 2 right 3 etc to get to factory reset that would be awesome.

I have tried pressing up on the remote and then the power button but no joy.
