Digital Card issues

I have 55W808C TV. I mounted an CI+ module from UPC Romania (I live in Romania). At every 2-3 days it (the TV) loses authentification with the module and it needs restart and demounting and mounting the module. Something is broken or a bug? Anyone with this problem too?

Hi there

Has this issue only just started or has this always been the case? If it only started recently, the first thing to try is a factory reset - this can fix many weird and wonderful issues. Instructions HERE.

It always been like that, but I ignored it until it became annoying

I know someone who was the same problems with the TV (his one is 43W808C)

It looks like it is about a hardware incompatibility. Thanks for old equipment UPC
