    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you guys, Manual update via USB didn't work. So I had to forced factory reset. Now it is all ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Support Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;today morning 28.6.2017 we woke up and had noticed that our TV doesnt work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please see below pictures of our screen.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;I think that if you download the update from the Sony support site, unzip it and put it in a USB pendrive, after restarting the TV (put it in stand-by, then unplug it and plug it again with the USB device with the update plugged) it should reinstall it again. At least I hope so!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
