Problems with my TV

Hi. My extremely expensive, state of the art 55XD8599BU Android TV can't hold many channels to make them watchable, despite a factory reset and a new wifi box.

What can you suggest I do? I don't particularly want to be restricted to less than half a dozen channels.

Any help gratefully appreciated

Hi there

I am not too sure on what you mean about 'not holding channels' - From your description it sounds like reception issues?

if your TV is not finding all the freeview channels, the first thing to look at is your aerial cable. Try replacing it with another one.
