    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Have you tried rebooting your router? I had some internet issues after upgrading that disappeared just doing that. Are you wired or via WIFi?&amp;nbsp;Also, does Google Play work? Or do you mean your TV doesn't have &lt;U&gt;any&lt;/U&gt; internet connection at all? You should check in the network settings if it reports it's corrctly connected to the Internet.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the update to Nougat I have lost the ability to use ANY and ALL apps that connect to the internet. My internet and router all work fine and there were no issues before the update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a KD 65XE9005&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amazon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iplayer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;YouTube&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are just some of the apps that don't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
