Marshmallow 3865 problems

Since updating my Bravia KDL-50W805C from the 'faulty' version 3845 I've had noting but problems - after turning the TV on the next day I was presented with a black screen and only a factor reset got it working - since then I've had it turn itself off and refusing to turn on - only turning off at the mains got it working. Is there any way to downgrade the firmware? I will NEVER buy another TV with an Android O/S.

Any help much appreciated

Hi there

Unfortunately it is not possible to downgrade the firmware. However your problem sounds more like something else than just the firmware being updated. If this continues, i would suggest you contact an authorised Sony repair centre to get this investigated and fixed.
