Hi 2 all. After updating my tv to marshmallow i have experienced a problem with youtube app. When i choose a video it plays until it reaches the white bar(of the downloaded video). Then it stops for 1 or 2 seconds and it continues playback while it downloads another 7 or 8 minutes of the available video for playback. The wifi strength and speed is good. I didn't had this problem until the update wich i did it today. Can anyone help??

Hi there

When viewing YouTube clips - can you test to see if lowering the quality fixes this issue? Simply press the down arrow on the remote control, goto the last icon where it might say "HD", click on it and change it to something a little lower.

If that still fails to fix the problem - I would advise you doing a complete factory reset, which does mean setting up the TV all over again. See HERE for instructions.
