Program Guide not showing

Hello

We have a problem with the program guide on our KD-55XD 8505. It is saying "no program infomation" on all channels. It hasn't worked since our cable tv operater had a major crash new year's eve.

The program guide works on our other Sony TV (older model) and our Samsung TV.

Hi there

I am assuming that you are not in the UK and possibly using a CI+ card ? As it worked before your cable operator had issues - have you tried contacting them?

In the meantime, try removing the CI+ card and then re-inserting it back again, then do a channel re-scan on the TV?

If all else fails, can you please provide more information, such as your country location, cable operator, how you have the TV setup (i.e. whats plugged into what) and any other relevent information.

On my new TV SONY KD55-XD8005 (1 month) after cca month is not showing Program guide on any broadcaters. Cen I tune it and how?

I´m in Prague, Czech republic, cable UPC, DVBT, programms picture+sound working without a problem.
