KDL-55W756C - random reboot

Hallo, I have problem with my tv, it sometimes reboots, some day even several times, no mather which program you are watching (TV, Youtube etc.). Of course I did master reset to default factory settings, but with no change.

Has someone similar problem with this model?

Thanx for any ideas.

HI there

Not heard of this exact problem before, but some troubleshooting steps:

Remove all connected devices attached to the TV (HDMI etc etc)
Disconnect the TV from your home network.
Test this thoroughly - If this doesnt work, reply back. If it resolved the issue, continue...
Re-connect the TV back on the network - test again
Connect each device you have back to the TV, testing each time on each device - as it might be a connected device that is the problem, so this will determine which one.

Give that a go, and see.

Hi, thank you for the advice, I'm doing exactly these steps and observing. I suspect mistaken router. But it is also fact that in the previous version of firmware was not problem.

So I'll try and let you know then.
